X Inc., incorporated in October 2003, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The USA operation was incorporated in the State of Colorado in March 2006.

Management Team

President (Canadian Operations): Nazir Rahemtulla CA, CFA, CFE;
Nazir graduated from the University of Lethbridge, and has 17 years of experience in finance and accounting working for companies like : Alberta Stock Exchange, Gulfstream Resources (Madagascar), Calpine Canada Resources Inc. and Omni-lite Industries (USA). Nazir has served on the Board of Calgary Society of Financial Analysts. He has also served on Global Financial Reporting Advisory Committee, Canadian Advocacy Committee and Financial Accounting Policy Committee of the CFA Institute. Nazir has served as an expert witness for Civil and Criminal trials (Court of Queen's Bench, Alberta, Canada) and the FBI (USA) on matters of Finance and Securities.

President: Ashif Dhanani BSc.;
Ashif graduated from the University of Calgary, and has over 20 years of experience in business development, product development and marketing working for Seismic Terragraphics and Sun Microsystems. At Sun Microsystems, Ashif held various positions including: Customer Support and Marketing, including Regional Customer Support Manager for Western Canada, Marketing Manager for Canada, Director of Business Development for Sun Services Americas, Director of Web Marketing, Sun Services Director Strategy and Business Intelligence, Director of Audience Marketing and Director of Product Development for Sun's global utility computing offerings. Prior to Sun, Ashif worked in the Oil and Gas industry where he developed S/W applications for oil and gas exploration.

Director, Environmental Public Health Division Munira Peermohamed CPHI(C)
Munira is an experienced Environmental Public Health Professional (EPHP) with over 25 years of experience in the field. With the Canadian Institute of Public Health Inspectors certificate, CPHI(C) as well as a CDC Certificate in Epidemiology, she has worked with the local health authorities in various capacities as: food specialist/educator; social (child/adult) care consultant; recreational, housing and personal services (tattoo, body piercing) specialist; and as an food/waterborne illness and enteric outbreak coordinator. She has also been involved with the local College of Physicians and Surgeons as an auditor/consultant on environmental, infection control and equipment reprocessing complaints. She has been involved in the decision-making local/provincial regulatory committees and projects. She has worked extensively on national and international public health projects for mass gatherings, emergency response and the H1N1 awareness materials. Her consulting and auditing experiences include third party audits of a major international hospital, educational institution and a major oil company work camp.

Business Development Manager: Akbar Jaffer, CHA, CTM
Akbar got his bachelors degree from Georgia State University in Marketing and Finance and his Masters from Florida International University in Hospitality Management. He traveled across the country for 10 years specializing in turning around distressed hotel properties. His repertoire of turnarounds include hotels such as Sheraton, Holiday Inn and Ramada Inns. In 1997, Akbar made a career change to the telecommunications industry, joining NEC. His hobbies including keeping up with his toddler age triplets.
